This policy explains what information VisibleAuthority ("we," "us") collects through our websites, including visible-authority.com and medspa.visible-authority.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@visible-authority.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an audit, enter a giveaway, or contact us, we collect:
- Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Business details: your clinic's name and website, your role, whether you're a decision maker, and approximate monthly revenue, marketing spend, and budget.
- Anything else you choose to send us, such as emails or messages.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our sites, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and how you arrived (for example, from an ad). We may use cookies and similar tools, including advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, to measure how our ads perform.
Public information about your business. To prepare an audit, we review publicly available information about your clinic, such as your website, business listings, reviews, and how AI tools and search engines describe your business.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the free AI Search Lead Leak Audit and decide whether your business qualifies for it.
- To run giveaways, including selecting and contacting winners.
- To contact you about your request and about our services by email or phone.
- To send text messages, only if you opted in to receive them.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we may text you about your audit, your giveaway entry, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text message opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form, email, customer management, and analytics tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, for measuring ad performance and reaching relevant audiences.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
If we announce giveaway winners, we may share the winning business's name, city, and state, as described in the giveaway's Official Rules.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, stay in touch about them, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email hello@visible-authority.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, including the right to know what information we hold about you and to request its deletion. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Where your information is processed
Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. By using our sites, you understand your information may be processed outside your home country.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
